Terms and conditions

          • Do not wash the garment.  
          • If the garment is damaged or stained, you are liable to pay for the full repairs.  
          • If the garment is beyond repair then you will be liable to pay the full retail price listed in the description of the item. 
          • All postal orders must be placed by the prior Tuesday 9pm to ensure it arrives on time for your event.  
          • Garments must be posted back by 5pm the following working day.  You must drop it into the post office over the counter (not in a drop box).
          • Christchurch pick up orders must be placed by 1pm the Friday prior. 
          • Pick up orders must be dropped back by 5pm the following working day.  Please return your item in the same bag your item was in when it is collected.
          • Failure to return your item on time, will incur in a $10 late return fee per day.  
          • If you chose to cancel your order it must be 4 working days prior to your rental date to receive a full store credit.    
          • If you chose to cancel your order less than 4 working days prior you will receive a 50% refund (excluding shipping) in store credit. 
          • If you book after the cut off time without arranging it with us and we are unable to fulfil your order, you will receive a 75% refund (excluding shipping) in store credit. 
          • Store credits are valid for 6 moths from the date it was issued.  
          • Return overnight postage is $15 with tracking.
          • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is completed and a follow up email will be sent with pick up details or a tracking number once your order has been sent or is ready to collect.
          • Renting With G is not liable for postal faults, delays in shipping, misdirects (if the incorrect address has been given to us) or any kind of shipping delay once the item is dropped off at the courier.
          • We do not and reserve the right to not offer any type of refund if the item does not arrive on time, by the rental period start day. If the item has been sent at least 2 days before the start date of your rental period and the delivery target is set to or before your rental period date we are abiding by our agreement. Although we will always do our best to send items early to ensure they are received early or on time. 
          • If you misplace the return postal bag, you are liable to cover the shipping costs for return overnight postage and MUST send us the tracking number. 
          • The garment must only be worn by the renter! No one else!
          • By renting with rentingwithg you agree with all the terms and conditions!
